1. The brief
It starts with the production team's idea, a render or even a sketch, plus the stage plan, show date and how the prop must move. Key questions: how heavy is the performer or load, how fast must it move, how is it brought on and off stage, and how much time is there between cues?
2. Engineering and drawings
We turn the idea into shop drawings: steel frame sizes, motion system (lifts, turntables, sliders or winches), load points, power and control. For anything that carries a person, safety comes first: guard rails, locking points, and limit stops.
3. Fabrication in the workshop
Frames are cut, bent and welded in our Ras Al Khor workshop. Skins and details come from our CNC router and laser cutter, along with joinery and spray painting. LED, neon and lighting are fitted and wired before anything leaves the workshop.
4. Testing before it travels
Every moving prop is assembled and run in the workshop: motion, speed, lights, emergency stops and the time it takes to reset between cues. This is where most problems are found and fixed, long before the venue.
5. Delivery, install and show support
Props are designed to break down for transport and rebuild quickly on site. Our crew installs them, joins rehearsals with the production team, and stays on standby during the show when needed.
Examples from our work
- Da-Bangg The Tour Reloaded: a lifting platform with giant silver wings, a reveal stage box and rolling performer cages.
- Da-Bangg reveal props: a golden sun disc, a neon frame staircase and a lit triangle pyramid.
- ILT20 opening: a neon entry frame, a rotating gyro ring and a rolling platform.
- Flying structures: steel armatures with inflatable skins, flown by crane.

Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to build an entry prop?
Simple lit frames can take one to two weeks. Moving props with lifts or turntables need more time for engineering and testing, so involve us as early as possible.
Do you test moving props before the show?
Yes. Every moving prop is assembled and run in our workshop before delivery, then checked again on site during rehearsals.
Can props be reused or rented?
Many props can be stored and reused, or redesigned with new skins and lighting for another show. Ask about reuse when you brief us.
Do you work with event production companies?
Yes. Most of our entry props are built for event and production companies, working to their designs, schedules and rehearsal plans.
