Laser and waterjet cutting are used when detail matters: tight geometric patterns, fine calligraphy, clean edges on decorative panels. Laser cutting is fast and precise for sheet metal and many other sheet materials. Waterjet cutting uses a high-pressure jet with no heat, suited to thicker materials and materials that should not be heated.
Laser cutting is done on our own fiber laser in the workshop, and we use it every day for decorative work such as the pattern panels in our Islamic arches and lanterns. When a job needs waterjet, for example thick plate or material that should not be heated, we arrange it through partner facilities and manage it for you. Either way, what happens after cutting is done in-house: panels are folded on our press brake, welded into frames, painted in our spray booth, backlit and installed, so you deal with one company from drawing to installation.
