The stage your event is built around
The stage is where every photo and every video of your event is taken. It has to look exactly like the design, feel solid underfoot and go up in the time the venue allows. We fabricate event stages and the set around them in our workshop in Ras Al Khor, Dubai, then install and dismantle them with our own team.
A typical stage package from us includes the platform and risers, stairs and edge finishing, the backdrop frame and its cladding or print, podiums and branded counters, and any scenic pieces that sit on stage. We build frames to take LED screens, lighting and printed skins, and we can add moving elements such as reveals and lifts when the show needs them.
From render to show day
We start from your render or brief and prepare fabrication drawings with real sizes, levels and materials. Once approved, the steel and timber work, painting and finishing are done in our workshop. Pieces are pre-assembled and checked before delivery, which keeps install time at the venue short. After the event we dismantle and clear the site.

Can your backdrop frames hold LED screens?
We build frames designed around the screen, lighting or print you are using. Share the screen size and weight and we will design the frame to suit.
Do you work overnight in hotels and venues?
Yes. Many venues only allow access the night before, and our crew installs overnight when needed.
How much does an event stage cost in Dubai?
